Not every AI request will contain all of the information listed above.

5.3 Purpose of Sharing With OpenAI

Information may be transmitted to OpenAI to:

Generate AI responses Generate health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle recommendations Generate requested meal plans Provide other AI-powered functionality requested by you

We do not share information with OpenAI for unrelated advertising purposes.

5.4 Notice Before AI Data Processing.

Before personal information is transmitted to OpenAI through an AI-powered feature, the application will clearly identify OpenAI as the third-party AI service provider, explain what information may be transmitted and why it is being processed, and obtain the user's consent before the information is transmitted. Personalized AI is optional, and users may continue using the app without enabling personalized AI.

5.5 Third-Party Protection.

We take reasonable measures to require our third-party service providers, including OpenAI, to process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements and to provide protections consistent with those described in this Privacy Policy.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

8.Token Usage Policy

Each paid subscription includes 1,000,000 AI tokens per billing cycle. Your token allowance automatically resets at the start of each new billing cycle, provided your subscription remains active. Unused tokens do not roll over to future billing cycles. Once your token allowance has been exhausted, access to AI-powered agents will stop

9. Data Security
