If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

InsidersHealth.ai provides AI-generated health information and educational insights based on user inputs. The Platform is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

THE PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

You acknowledge:

  • The Platform is not a doctor, healthcare provider, or medical professional.
  • The Platform does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • AI-generated information is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Information provided by the Platform may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances.
  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical, nutritional, fitness, or health-related decision based on information provided by the Platform.
  • You should not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information provided by the Platform.
  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You must consult a licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

5. AI Limitations Disclosure

You understand:

  • Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence
  • Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated
  • Results are probabilistic and not guaranteed

6. Assumption of Risk

You agree:

  • You use the Platform at your own risk
  • You are solely responsible for actions taken based on outputs

7. Liability Waiver & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

InsidersHealth.ai shall not be liable for:

  • Health outcomes
  • Injuries or damages
  • Errors or omissions
  • Reliance on AI-generated information

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsidersHealth.ai from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Violation of these Terms

9. Free Trial & Subscription Terms

9.1 Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial for new users
  • Full access during trial

9.2 Automatic Billing

Unless canceled before the trial ends, you will be charged based on your platform and selected plan:

IOS & Google Android Pricing & Stripe(web)

Monthly Plan

  • Parent: $12.99/month
  • Family Member: $6.50/month (50% discount)

Yearly Plan

  • Parent: $99.99/year ($8.33/month equivalent)
  • Family Member: $49.99/year (50% discount)

9.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Monthly subscriptions renew each month.
  • Annual plans renew every 12 months.

9.4 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds

9.5 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.

9.6 Token Usage Policy

Each paid subscription includes 1,000,000 AI tokens per billing cycle. Your token allowance automatically resets at the start of each new billing cycle, provided your subscription remains active. Unused tokens do not roll over to future billing cycles. Once your token allowance has been exhausted, access to AI-powered agents will stop for that particular month.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform as a substitute for medical care
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use the Platform unlawfully
  • Attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the system

11. AI-Powered Features and OpenAI

The application includes artificial intelligence ("AI") features that provide personalized health insights, nutrition recommendations, meal plans, wellness guidance, and related content.

By using the AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Information you provide may be processed by OpenAI, our third-party AI service provider, to generate responses, recommendations, meal plans, and other AI-powered functionality requested by you.
  2. Depending on the AI feature you use, information transmitted to OpenAI may include information contained in your AI conversations, symptoms and health concerns, health and wellness information, nutrition information, lifestyle information, age, height, weight, activity level, food preferences, health goals, and other information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI service.
  3. Only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI service will be shared with OpenAI.
  4. Information shared with OpenAI is used to generate the AI responses and recommendations requested by you and to provide the applicable AI-powered functionality. We do not share this information with OpenAI for unrelated advertising purposes.
  5. Before personal information is transmitted to OpenAI through an AI-powered feature, the application will clearly identify OpenAI as the third-party AI service provider, explain what information may be transmitted and why it is being processed, and obtain the user's permission where required before the information is transmitted.
  6. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare services. -You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, nutritional, fitness, or health-related decisions based on AI-generated recommendations. -While we strive to provide useful and accurate information, AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and - we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AI-powered features at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content and technology are owned by InsidersHealth.ai.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party integrations
  • External content or services

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of: State of Florida, USA

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Binding arbitration
  • No class actions

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
